Efrat Cohen-Barbieri female investigator, has an innate ability to solve problems using hyper-keen observation skills, intelligence gathering, and attention to detail. As a licensed Investigator and certified identity theft risk specialist, Efrat goes above and beyond to fix outlets of concern and vulnerabilities for her clients. Efrat is a specialist in business investigations, background inquiries, social networking research, and asset management. Efrat’s ability to speak both Hebrew and English makes her an invaluable asset abroad when it comes to foreign investigations. Her extensive experience managing, controlling, and directing surveillance operations helps in the deployment of covert and undercover operations as well.

Efrat’s unique skills enable her to provide litigation support services and fraud investigation expertise to help criminal defense and civil litigation attorneys prepare their cases. As a court-appointed investigator, Efrat holds the sole position that empowers civilians to act as Officers of the U.S. Court System. In addition to years of experience, Efrat combines a civilian perspective with her academic training from CUNY’s John Jay College of Criminal Justice. Additionally, Efrat Cohen-Barbieri is the only non-attorney to hold a place on the 11th Circuit Florida Bar Grievance Committee, a group tasked with maintaining accountability within the legal community. 

Efrat wouldn’t be doing what she did without a strong desire to help others. As a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for the Bergen County Supreme Court, Efrat was able to assist older jurors who needed help with depositions and offer the court guidance on the next steps regarding children and how they should be cared for in the legal system. Following her time in this role, Efrat was employed as the Executive Vice President of British American Consultants Inc. for nearly a decade. As a Multinational Investigator and Security Management Consultant, Efrat fine-tuned her analytical skills in detecting worker’s compensation and insurance fraud claims. No stone was left unturned as Efrat learned the ins and outs of the private investigation world.

For over a decade, Efrat Cohen-Barbieri female investigator, has held the title of President & Chief Operating Officer of Global Intelligence Consultants Inc, the top Investigative firm in St. Louis. Her company specializes in background checks, investigations, and customized security solutions for each client.
